These Terms of Service govern your use of the MaxResto website (maxresto.com) and any related services, tools, or integrations provided by Max Services TX, LLC. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services
MaxResto provides water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, storm damage repair, mold remediation, and general construction and reconstruction services. We are a licensed Texas General Contractor (License #5844665) and IICRC Certified Firm (Certification #70031289). Service availability, scope, and pricing are determined on a per-project basis.
Use of This Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party’s use of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to this website.
Estimates and Proposals
Estimates and proposals provided by MaxResto are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection and are subject to change if additional damage or conditions are discovered during the course of work. All proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Insurance Claims
MaxResto works directly with insurance carriers on behalf of homeowners when authorized to do so. We are not an insurance company, public adjuster, or attorney. We do not guarantee any specific insurance claim outcome. Our role is to document damage, perform restoration work, and submit accurate scopes and supporting documentation to the carrier.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement or contract for each project. MaxResto reserves the right to file a mechanic’s lien under Texas Property Code Chapter 53 for unpaid balances on completed work.
Limitation of Liability
MaxResto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services, except as required by applicable law. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Max Services TX, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.
